ORDERING

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? Simply choose your style on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET. First, double-check your Spam/Junk mailbox and other email accounts. Can’t find it? Don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@unchainedthreadsco.com, as we may have an incorrect email on file. Please include the name on the shipping information, your email, and any other helpful details.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT TO ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE? If you forgot to apply a discount code, please contact our Support team at support@unchainedthreadsco.com with the code clearly mentioned. Our team will dive right in and assist you promptly!

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES ON A SINGLE ORDER? Discount codes do not stack. If you are already using a 10% discount, you will not be able to use another coupon at the same time. Only one discount per order is permitted.

WHY HAS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT BEEN APPLIED? Some offers expire after a short period, so please ensure the code is still valid. If everything is correct but it still doesn't work, contact us at support@unchainedthreadsco.com with a screenshot of the error for our investigation.

ORDER STATUS

WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? All our products are made to order. There are three steps before you receive your item: Order on Hold, Orders into Production, and Delivery.

  • You will receive a confirmation email following a successful order.

  • You will receive an update when your order goes into production.

  • Once shipped, a third email will be sent with your tracking information.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? HOW DO I CHECK MY STATUS? When we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for the tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

I PLACED SEVERAL ORDERS FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTS BUT ONLY SOME ARRIVED, HOW COME? Since we utilize different specialized warehouses, items may be shipped separately. Don't worry if you don't receive all items at once—they are all on their way! Since we ship primarily within the USA, the time difference between arrivals will be minimal.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? Shipping costs are calculated and added to your subtotal in the order summary after you enter your delivery address during the Secure Checkout process.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? All products are printed to order in the USA. Please allow 2 - 10 working days for production. Once fulfilled, shipping times are:

  • US: 4 - 8 working days.

  • International: 8 - 30 working days.

WHY DOESN'T THE TRACKING STATUS SHOW UPDATES? If tracking hasn't updated in several days, it may be due to holiday rushes, carrier delays, weather conditions, or packages not being scanned at intermediary stops. If there are no updates for more than 2 weeks, please contact us at support@unchainedthreadsco.com.

THE TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. Please wait one more business day as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. Check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office. If the order still hasn't appeared after several days, reach out to our Support team.

RETURN AND REFUND

I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? At UnchainedThreadsCO, we prioritize quality. If your product is flawed, the print quality is poor, or it differs from what was presented on our site, contact us with your order number and a clear photo. If approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, COLOR, OR MODEL. For any changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. As every item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot exchange products once they have entered production. However, your satisfaction is our priority—reach out and we will try to find a solution!

DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY? Because all products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns. We instead offer refunds or replacements for defective items or incorrect orders upon receiving photographic evidence of the issue.
